I lost my key fob and Tommy came out and tried several keys to help me. When they didn’t work ( no fault of his, they were different ones) He then gave me a ride back to town. (40 miles)When I found the right one from dealer, he drove me out to truck. Unfortunately my computer wouldn’t ready it and the truck had to be towed. He refused to charge me even thou he had driven over a 160 miles because of several trips. Customer service above and beyond. I hope I never need a locksmith ever again , but if I do I hope it close enough that I can call these guys

Excellent service. Just priced too high. I was told one price over the phone and it was $5 higher when the guy came. Took literally 5 seconds to unlock my vehicle. $45 would be fair instead of$65.

I just got a new Tri fold bed cover for my truck that only can be unlocked by my tailgate key. I locked my keys in the truck of my bed while in town for a baseball tournament. Pop a lock doesn’t unlock truck tailgates. Thankfully, I got in touch with Lock Doctors. Jordan showed up and got my tailgate unlocked and made me a tailgate key so now I don’t have to get my key out of key fob. Jordan and Lock Doctor company definitely saved my weekend!! Quality work for a very reasonable price!!!
